Anikó Kada talks about her organic 'Tállya Radicals' projec, based in the famous Hungarian region of Tokaj. Sweet Tokaji is one of the great monuments of European winemaking with a legacy stretching back hundreds of years. Anikó and her partner farm a small vineyard with the area's traditional varieties of Furmint and Hárslevelű and focus first and foremost on producing a drier style of Tokaji.
